All projects require processes and procedures to control the quality of the deliverables being produced. The procedures are designed to access whether a product conforms to requirements. Most organisations have their own control methods in place that Swift Project Management Services Ltd adopts for the life of the clients project.

Where there are no formal procedures in place Swift Project Management Services Ltd will apply the PRINCE2 quality review to check and inspect products for errors. Quality review tasks will be assigned to the appropriate resources, enhancements will be made where appropriate. Once all required changes are made the product is formally ‘signed-off’, any product changes thereafter will be subject to change management and configuration management procedures.
