The Business identified the need for significant improvements in the Management
Information (MI) arena to support various business and IT Drivers,
simultaneously addressing some key issues with current MI.A 'Strategic
Management Information' programme of work was initiated encompassing a Data
Cleansing Work Stream for those components being taken forward into the new
strategic Business Information Repository (BIR).
