Project Name: Capture Software and On-line Systems Programme Project Project Type: CRM, BPR, Migration, Infrastructure Project Turnover: £6m   Background:   Following the integration of 2 government organisations current processes and systems were adopted to support the immediate requirements of the business. As a result the Information Systems (IS) were largely based on development and implementation of infrastructure and providing tactical responses to business needs in order to support the new organisation as it had developed. The second stage of development began with the implementation of changes from a combination of the old organisations into the desire structure and function required of the new organisation in the future.
